Virtual Speaker Registration closes at 9 p.m. on the day before the meeting.

Please complete the entire form below providing your Name, Address, Email Address and Phone Number. A registration confirmation and instructions on how to log on or call in to the meeting will be emailed to you. The day of the meeting, you will receive additional instructions on how to join the meeting via email. 

Only those persons that have registered by the deadline can be admitted to the virtual meeting. Anyone who wishes to provide comment but is unable or unwilling to provide an email address and phone number may instead attend in person.

Please note that Florida has a broad public records law. While the City does not intend to publish your email address or phone number, it will become public record upon submission of this form.

If you are planning to speak in person, you do not need to fill out the form below. Simply show up on the day of the Commission Meeting and fill out the paper form at the entrance of the Commission Chambers.
