When must I apply for an Environmental Impact Analysis?

Sec. 5-55(a), TLDC, notes that an environmental impact analysis shall be submitted after approval of the natural features inventory and shall be submitted concurrently with a PUD concept plan, site plan or subdivision application. In all cases, an environmental impact analysis shall be approved prior to permit application.
