How long does it take to review an Environmental Impact Analysis?

Per Sec. 5-55(c), TLDC, the review timeframe for an Environmental Impact Analysis is that it must either occur concurrently with the site plan or subdivision, or if there isn't an associated site plan or subdivision, then the Environmental Impact Analysis review must occur within 30 days.
