When does the Environmental Impact Analysis expire?

According to Sec. 5-55(d), TLDC, an environmental impact analysis is valid for as long as the site plan or subdivision plat remains in process or remains valid once approved. Extensions of site plans or subdivision plats shall also extend the environmental impact analysis. In the case of an environmental impact analysis that is not part of a site plan or subdivision application, if an environmental management permit application is not submitted within 36 months after the approval of an environmental impact analysis, the environmental impact analysis shall automatically expire.
