What issues are addressed by an Environmental Management Permit?

According to Sec. 5-56(c), TLDC, an environmental management permit application consists of the following components: stormwater, landscaping, and tree removal. Most applications for an environmental management permit will contain all three components. However, depending on the characteristics of each property and proposed development activity, some applications may only contain one or two components.
