How long does it take to review an Environmental Management Permit?

Sec. 5-56(d), TLDC, establishes the review period. For applications that do not propose to construct a stormwater management facility to comply with the stormwater management development standards in Sec. 5-86, TLDC, the director shall render a decision no later than seven working days after the application is submitted. For applications that propose the construction or modification of a stormwater management facility to comply with the stormwater management development standards in Sec. 5-86, TLDC, the director shall render a decision no later than 20 working days after the application is submitted. However, our fast-tracking internal deadlines strive for 14 business days for standard form (new pond) review rather than the code standard of 20 days.
