Can we use pervious pavement to reduce the size of the project's stormwater facility?

That might be feasible, but there are many variables that affect this answer such as the underlying soil type, the proposed pavement section, the slope, and the area of the proposed pervious pavement. You may be requested to model the pavement section with software, and the pavement will likely require a stormwater operating permit to ensure maintenance requirements are met.
