Growth FAQ - Planning & Zoning
What is a site plan?
Sec. 1-2, TLDC, defines the term "site plan" as follows: "A plan prepared to scale, showing accurately and with complete dimensioning, the boundaries of a site and the location of all buildings, structures, uses, and principal site development features proposed for a specific parcel of land." It is the document that explains how a proposed project will meet the various development standards that are required by the site's zoning district. It visually depicts the setbacks, parking, building height, project dimensions, landscaping, buffering, and all other development standards. You may file an application through the City's permit portal.
