How can I comment on a project?

The first step to commenting on a pending project is to be aware of new applications. There are two ways to do that quickly and easily. First, we encourage you to sign up to receive all of our meeting agendas in your email. Second, our website includes a map which depicts all pending development proposals. After clicking on that link, scroll down until you see the map. Please note that you can zoom in to the map to get a closer view. Each project is noted by a color dot that corresponds to the application type. If you click once on any dot, the project details will pop up. Each pop up window includes the option to "View Plan Drawing" at the bottom, which will take you to the site plan.

Once you know about a project, you can share your thoughts in writing by email or letter (to 300 S. Adams St., Box B-28, Tallahassee, 32301), which will then be made part of the public record. You can also attend the public meetings.
