How many parking spaces do I need?

Parking is a function of your specific land use, not your zoning. Each land use has a different parking standard, expressed as either the number of required parking spaces per residential unit or the number of required parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of building area. The parking ratios are found in the Zoning Code at Sec. 10-358.
