What's the best way for a citizen to learn about the development process and how it works?

The development process may seem difficult to follow if you’re new to it. It is described in several sections of the Zoning Code.  Most people aren't going to have the time to study our Zoning Code to understand the development process. However, we've made it easy with a video posted to our website. The video is 25 minutes long and explains the development process from beginning to end.
