What is an Environmental Impact Analysis?

An Environmental Impact Analysis evaluates the proposed impacts to the preservation or conservation features documented in the Natural Features Inventory and indicates the mitigation proposed for impacts to the features. While the Natural Features Inventory identifies whether there are conservation or preservation features on the project site, the Environmental Impact Analysis evaluates the impact of the proposed development activity on all conservation and preservation areas.
